No referral is needed. You can book directly with us for assessment or treatment—just call or use our easy online booking system.
Please note that SOME insurance plans require a medical doctors referral for massage therapy before they will cover you. Please check your policy for the most accurate information.
You’ll get a thorough assessment, and a (possibly life changing!) massage! Your therapist will answer every and any questions. We never rush or pressure you.

Bring your body. Oh yes, and any insurance information so we can direct bill for you if possible. You may want to bring some comfortable clothing.
We book various lengths of treatment for your massage, depending on your wants and needs. From 15 minutes, to 90. Speak with your therapist to determine what is best for you!
Never. Your care plan is custom—transparent, with options and milestones. We do offer an administrative discount if you purchase a 'package' of massage therapy appointments. However you are under no pressure or obligation to do so 🙂
Yes. We do our best to accommodate emergency or same-day requests—just call, and we’ll fit you in as soon as possible.
We ask that you give 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel. That said, we understand life happens—just let us know as soon as you can.
Yes! We provide evening and weekend appointments to make it easier for you and your family to get the care you need.
